Every project at IFEMA Madrid starts with the current exhibitor manual, the exact hall, stand position, open sides and permitted build height. We verify escape routes, fire-safety rules, organiser services and any approval documents before the production release. IFEMA publishes general participation, stand construction, fire-safety and access rules. The current event documentation and exhibitor portal should be checked before design sign-off.
The concept is developed around visitor flow, product presentation, meetings, storage and technical access. Construction, graphics, lighting and AV are coordinated as one system, so the stand can be produced efficiently and assembled safely in Madrid.
The delivery schedule covers transport, vehicle access, unloading order, crew entry, utilities, testing and handover. Components are packed in installation order to reduce handling in a busy hall, while contingency time is protected before the event opens.
The plan continues after the show: dismantling windows, packaging, collection and clean handback are agreed in advance. When the stand will travel to another event, reusable, adaptable and event-specific elements are identified before production.
