Decisions and approvals
Each phase has an owner, input and approval point. Open questions about venue rules, structure, graphics, utilities or AV are resolved before they can delay production or installation.
A schedule built backwards
The working schedule starts with the hall opening and organiser deadlines, then protects installation, freight, quality control, production and design sign-off. Changes are assessed against cost, lead time and technical risk.
