01 — SCOPE

What should on-site exhibition support cover?

On-site support should assign the right person to each installation, operation and response task, with clear hours, authority, contacts and escalation before work begins.

A generic request for “one technician” is often too vague. Installation, multimedia, sound, playback, camera work, technical direction and project management require different skills. We build the crew plan from the show schedule and risk points.

02 — DELIVERABLES

04 — COST

How is on-site technical support priced?

Role, number of people, shift length, overtime, night or weekend work, travel, accommodation, tools, language and technical responsibility determine the cost.

The quote separates each role and working window. Standby time, rehearsals, show operation, dismantling and travel days are defined so there is no ambiguity about availability.

Pricing basis · role + people + hours + travelBook the team after the access and show schedule are known; specialist operators should be reserved earlier.

06 — FAQ

Questions before booking the crew.

Which roles can ALLEXPO provide?

Depending on scope: project or site manager, installation technician, multimedia technician, sound technician, video or audio operator, camera operator and technical show support.

How many people do we need?

Headcount follows tasks, timing, weights, parallel work and required skills. We calculate shifts from the build and show schedule rather than using one fixed ratio.

Can the team work with another contractor or agency?

Yes. A responsibility matrix, named site contact, approved drawings and escalation route are required so the crews can integrate without gaps.

Can support cover the event opening hours?

Yes. The proposal can include opening checks, operator shifts, standby response, rehearsals, content changes and close-down procedures.
