Reliable stand AV needs the right equipment, compatible content, power and signal planning, physical integration, testing and a named response plan during the show.
A display can be correctly specified and still fail its purpose if sightlines, ambient light, audio spill, content format, ventilation or operator access are ignored. We define the visitor moment first and then plan the technical chain.

What determines the cost of trade show AV?
Screen or LED size, pixel pitch, playback and control, audio coverage, lighting fixtures, rigging, power, cameras, technicians, show days and backup level determine the price.Equipment rental is only one part of the scope. Transport, installation, programming, testing, operator hours and organiser services are shown separately so the proposal can be compared correctly.

Do we need LED or a professional display?
It depends on viewing distance, size, ambient light, content and the architectural opening. We compare the use case before selecting the display technology.
Can you use our existing content?
Yes, after checking resolution, aspect ratio, codec, duration, sound and playback requirements. A content test should happen before the equipment reaches the hall.
Can AV be added to an existing stand design?
Usually yes, but mounting, ventilation, power, cable paths, loads and service access must be reviewed before production is released.
Do we need a technician during opening hours?
Critical presentations, live demos, complex signal paths or frequent content changes usually justify on-site support. Simpler loops may be handed over after testing.
