System planning
Define target floorplans, reusable modules, visitor flow and future adaptations.

MODULAR EXHIBITION STANDS · EUROPE
ALLEXPO plans modular stands as reusable systems: the structural core can travel between events while graphics, zoning, furniture and technical equipment adapt to each venue and campaign.

01 — SCOPE
The business case depends on the actual event schedule. We first map expected floorplans, transport distances, storage and the parts that must remain visually consistent. A hybrid solution can combine a reusable structural core with custom architectural details.
02 — DELIVERABLES
Define target floorplans, reusable modules, visitor flow and future adaptations.
Graphics, surfaces, counters, furniture and lighting tailored to the campaign.
Drawings, equipment schedule and venue-specific documentation.
Packing, transport, installation, dismantling, inspection and agreed storage.
03 — PROCESS
Compare venues, dates, areas, open sides and required functions.
Choose a module set and identify event-specific elements.
Develop graphics, finishes, lighting and equipment for the first show.
Install, hand over, dismantle and inspect components after use.
Update the layout and brand layer for the next confirmed event.
04 — COST
A useful comparison separates the initial system investment from each event’s adaptation and delivery cost. ALLEXPO does not publish a flat modular price before the reuse plan and included services are known.

05 — SELECTED WORK
06 — FAQ
Yes, within the planned module inventory. The earlier we know likely areas and open sides, the more efficiently the system can be configured.
Not necessarily. Custom graphics, surfaces, lighting, furniture and selected architectural elements can create a brand-specific result.
Not for every single event. Its advantage appears when reuse, transport, storage and adaptation are assessed across a confirmed event programme.
Storage and redeployment can be included when the proposal defines inspection, repairs, inventory, transport and the next installation scope.
