CUSTOM EXHIBITION STANDS · EUROPE
ALLEXPO develops individual stands where architecture, materials, technical systems and visitor flow serve one brand and one event — then coordinates production, logistics, installation and dismantling across Europe.

01 — DEFINITION
That freedom is useful when the stand must shape a visitor journey, present products in a specific way, create private meeting rooms or deliver a distinctive architectural presence. It also requires more engineering, production time and budget control than a standard modular solution.
CUSTOM STAND BENEFITS
Instead of fitting the brand into a fixed kit, the layout can prioritise product demonstrations, hospitality, private conversations and clear sightlines from the aisle. Architecture, graphics, lighting and AV work as one system, creating a stronger brand presence and a more deliberate visitor journey. Reuse can still be planned: selected structures, counters, furniture, lighting and multimedia can become a repeatable core, while graphics and event-specific elements change for the next trade show.
Entrances, focal points and zones guide people from first contact to a useful conversation.
Demonstration areas, displays and technical interfaces are built around the product.
Form, materials, graphics and light create a recognisable environment rather than a catalogue layout.
02 — DECISION
03 — DELIVERY
Visitor flow, zoning, brand expression and an initial feasibility review.
3D visualisation, production drawings, materials and venue documentation.
Joinery, metal structures, graphics, furniture, lighting and integrated AV.
Transport, crew, installation, handover, dismantling and agreed storage.
04 — COST
ALLEXPO uses €300–€800+ per m² net as an early planning benchmark for custom stands. It is not a price list or an offer: two stands with the same area can require very different production and site work.

05 — REUSE
Counters, furniture, AV, lighting and selected structural modules can be planned for repeated use.
Graphics, wall panels and zoning can be changed for a new message or footprint.
Some architecture, venue services and transport requirements will remain unique to each show.

07 — FAQ
No. Custom construction is appropriate when unique architecture, technical integration or a specific visitor journey creates enough value. Modular or hybrid solutions can be more efficient for repeated events.
Yes. We can adapt an existing concept into buildable documentation and deliver production and installation as a white-label partner.
They can when reuse is planned early. The proposal can separate reusable, adaptable and event-specific components, including agreed storage and redeployment.
Venue, dates, stand area, open sides, target functions, visual references, technical requirements and a working budget are the most useful starting points.
