Production readiness
Review drawings, materials, interfaces, labels and packing sequence.

CONSTRUCTION & LOGISTICS · EUROPE
ALLEXPO coordinates production readiness, packing, cross-border transport, venue access, installation, technical handover, dismantling and agreed return or storage.

01 — SCOPE
The critical path starts before the truck leaves. Drawings, labels, packing order, delivery slot, crew access, lifting needs, organiser services and installation sequence must refer to the same plan.
02 — DELIVERABLES
Review drawings, materials, interfaces, labels and packing sequence.
Vehicle, route, documents, delivery slot and last-mile venue access.
Crew plan, supervision, utilities coordination, testing and snag resolution.
Safe removal, inventory, packing, transport, storage or agreed disposal.
03 — PROCESS
Confirm drawings, quantities, interfaces, services and responsibility.
Label elements in assembly order and align freight with venue access.
Coordinate crew, unloading, installation, graphics, lighting and AV interfaces.
Check finish, function, safety items and agreed client sign-off.
Remove, inspect and route reusable, returned, stored or disposed items.
04 — COST
ALLEXPO quotes construction and logistics against the real schedule and responsibility matrix. Night work, waiting time, restricted delivery windows and late changes must be visible instead of hidden in a single rate.
